Android 4.4.4 Update For Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 And Nexus 10 Available For Download

As you probably know, Google has released the Android 4.4.4 KitKat update for Nexus 10, Nexus 4, Nexus 5 (GSM/LTE), Nexus 7 (2012 Wi-Fi), Nexus 7 (2012 Mobile), Nexus 7 (2013 Wi-Fi) devices.
This is a minor update but even so many of you would like that their devices to run the newest Android 4.4.4 version.

The new iteration brings security improvements and fixes bugs to mentioned devices, and although Google put sometimes one or two surprises under the hood, we think that given the fact that this release was confirmed only 16 days after the last iteration(4.4.3) we are unlikely to be getting any hidden goodies this time.

Once your Nexus handset becomes suitable to receive the latest Android firmware update you will be prompted to download it with an automatic system message in the notification area.

There may be cases when the system update notification fails to show up, so you can check for the available update manually by going to Settings -> About phone -> System updates -> Check now.

Like all software updates, the Android 4.4.4 KitKat update is being rolled out in stages, which means that not all users will be able to download and install it at once, even after manual check is done.
For the users who have not yet received the over-the-air update and impatient wait for it, below you will find the links to manually download the update for your respective devices.

Note that this procedure should be performed by an experienced user given the fact that this is very technical, and if the installation process is not done properly, your device may end by getting bricked or even being permanently irreparable. So you are advised to proceed with caution or wait for the OTA update to be available.
